The new LabMaster is a true "plug and play" system. It arrives preassembled on a unitized frame. There is virtually no mechanical installation, no electrical interconnections to be made, and no internal ducting required. The machine is compact for installation into a small space.
The LabMaster Plug & Play is a complete pilot line that includes two unwinds, coater, laminator, dryer and rewind with integrated drives and controls. It can be configured for a variety of standard and optional coating methods that satisfy a broad range of applications. Dry bond laminator is standard and wet bond is optional. LabMaster is available in two versions. The standard Version A comes with an eight-foot single-zone
dryer. Version B comes with a twenty-foot two-zone dryer. Both versions process webs up to 300mm (11.8") wide, accommodate material rolls up to 300mm (11.8") OD and run at speeds up to 30m/min (100fpm, nominal).
LabMaster is built well enough to function as a narrow web production center for those whose needs fall within the capability of the design. We have a demonstrator on-hand to help with this determination.
