The Faustel Sales Team members all come from the paper, film, foil and converting industry. Their knowledge goes beyond fundamentals to include years of hands-on experience. Because of this, they share a special relationship with our customers.
Faustel's Sales Team members are more than front-line Sales People. They are pro-active partners who see your job through well after the initial sale. Regional Managers present the specific needs of each customer to a team of Application Engineers who work with that Regional Manager to create client-specific solutions.
All Converting Equipment is Customized to Fit Customer Requirements.
When an order is placed with Faustel the Regional Manager works with the Engineering Department Managers to ensure that all specifications are being met. The end result is an on-time and well-executed project.
Before Faustel ships any equipment, it is fully assembled and test run on their shop floor. If modifications are required, they're handled quickly and efficiently. The result is a much shorter installation time that gets customers into profitable production faster.
And the sale doesn't end there. Delivery, complete installation, alignment and service connections of all equipment and auxiliary machinery are also available. The same Field Service Technicians who tested the customer's equipment at Faustel install the equipment and train production personnel at the customer's facility.
